Jesse S. Bobo celebrates Dr. Seuss

Jesse S. Bobo elementary held a celebration in honor of the popular children's author and illustrator Dr. Seuss. 4K and 5K students performed and dressed the part in their Dr. Seuss hats and red bow ties. Dr. Seuss was born on March 2nd, 1904. He authored more than 60 books including "Green Eggs and Ham," "Horton Hears a Who!," and "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish," just to name a few.. After the presentation, parents stayed behind and joined the students in several Dr. Seuss themed activities and enjoyed a special birthday cake.  The students were featured in the Herald Journal.
