Dr. David L. Eubanks Building Dedication

The District Six Board of Trustees officially dedicated the District Office Administration Building to a long-time educator who spent more than a decade working and enhancing various aspects of the educational system in Spartanburg District Six.  A plaque has now been placed inside of the District Office honoring Dr. David L. Eubanks and the exterior of the building now reads the "David L. Eubanks Administration Building." Dr. Eubanks retired in 2002 after 15 years of service as District Six superintendent and after 38 years in education. He is credited for guiding the district to excellence in academics, fine arts, athletics and facility development. During his tenure, the new Dorman High School was built. Educators from across the county were present for this dedication.
